Ruth’s Kabobs

Ruth’s Gourmet Original Veggie Meatless Balls
Fresh corn cut into inch thick slices
Variety of bell peppers chopped in large pieces
Green zucchini
Red and white onion

Kabob Sauce

¼ c olive oil
Finely chopped fresh cilantro
Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
Pink Himalayan salt (to taste)
¼ teaspoon lemon or lime juice

Heat grill on medium. String meatless balls and vegetables on kabob skewers. Mix kabob sauce well and brush on kabobs half way through cooking. Prep time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 8 minutes
