Crumble Breakfast Burrito Bowl

½ Ruth’s Vegetarian Crumble
1 large tortilla bowl
1-2 eggs
1 T butter
1 T white onion, diced
¼ yellow pepper, diced
3-4 cherry tomatoes, diced
¼ avocado, diced
1 t fresh cilantro, diced
Taco sauce, salsa, pico de gallo, sour cream optional

In a fry pan, sauté onion and butter on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add peppers and sauté for another 2 minutes. Beat eggs well, then pour in eggs and Ruth’s Crumble. Cook thoroughly. Assembly egg, crumble, peppers and onion in a burrito bowl. Add cilantro, salsa, sour cream and tomato.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
