IDEAL PROTEIN BAKERY SHOPPE DONUTS
1 package (2 squares) Ideal Protein lemon, strawberry, orange or triple chocolate wafers (crushed)
1 Ideal Protein chocolate chip pancake mix (dry)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. water
In a medium mixing bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Add liquid ingredients; stir to mix.
Generously spray a donut pan; pour batter into pan
Bake until golden brown (timing depends on your donut baking method)
