Spring is (well, almost) in the air and the Greater Downtown Council is celebrating with another Eat Downtown – Duluth Restaurant Week. Through March 10th, restaurants in Canal Park and around downtown are serving up multi-course meals for $10 per lunch and $25 per dinner.
