When it comes to food on a stick, virtually anything goes! For National Something on a Stick Day, Duluth.com asked Duluth Grill to come up with a creative idea for a skewered treat, and we weren’t disappointed!
Scotch Eggs are hard boiled, coated with sausage and then baked or fried. Enjoy them with mustard sauce at Duluth Grill, or make them yourself!
Here’s what you’ll need:
6 Hard boiled eggs
1Lb Duluth Grill Breakfast sausage (Or another favorite raw ground sausage)
2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
2 Fresh Eggs
1 Cup all-purpose flour
